MFTeasers: Day Five!

Hi everyone!  Happy Sunday and Happy New Year!

What better way to ring in the new year than with another day of MFTeasers!  Today the team is teasing you with the two newest a la modes!  I have created a card with each so let's get started!

First up is the a la modes in Genie!  I think she just may be my favorite a la mode so far!  She is colored with Copic Markers and I used some shimmer spray, but with a small paintbrush, to add shimmer to the genie bottle and her pants.  I added some grass under her feet with Prismacolor pencils.

All of the patterned paper is from Vintage Blue from Glitz Design, and I used one of the patterns to create the flowers with the Rolled Scallop Flower Die-Namics.  The sentiment, "Make A Wish" was stamped onto a panel cut with the Mini Tabs Foursome Die-Namics The border was cut with the new Jumbo Monarch Border Die-Namics (LOVE this new border) and I added some golden pearls to each tab, as well as to the center of each panel.  I added quite a bit of stitching as well.

For the inside I added some more patterned paper, as well as another sentiment from the set, "Wishing You A Magical Birthday" which is highlighted on panels cut with the Well Worn Greetings Die-namics.

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my card:

Next up we have the a la modes in Dip Me In Chocolate.  I wish I had a chocolate bar that size!  She is colored with Copic Markers and the chocolate bar wrapper was paper pieced.  All of the patterned paper on this card is from Pretty In Pink by Glitz Design.  The border between the two patterns was cut with the Open Bracket Border Die-Namics, and I created the big flower using the Pretty Posies Die-Namics.  I adorned the center of the flower with a button cut with the Button Quartet Die-Namics tied with some Cappucino Twine.

The sentiment, "Chocolate = Happiness" (how true!) was stamped onto a panel cut with the File Tab Die-Namics.  Lots of silver brads finish off the inside.

On the inside, I added more patterned paper along with another sentiment, "Chocolate Is Good, But Your Friendship Is Better".  Sweet no?  Some more silver brads complete the inside.

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my card:
