MFT New Product Tour!

Hi everyone!  Happy Tuesday and Happy MFT Release Night!  Yippe!!

Before you head on over and fill up your cart (or perhaps you already have), the MFT Design Team has a blog hop to share each and every new stamp set and Die-Namics being released this month!  I have the pleasure of sharing the DARLING Pure Innocence Puppy Girl with you!  LOVE her!

Once again I used Jen's Deconstructed Sketch, DS41, for my layout.  I am really loving this sketch.  I stamped Pure Innocence Puppy Girl, colored her with Copic Markers, paper pieced her dress and then "fussy cut" her out.  She is popped up with Jody Boosters onto two layered oval panels cut with the new Oval STAX 1 Die-Namics and Oval STAX 2 Die-Namics, both of which I ADORE!

I used the Oval STAX 1 and Oval STAX 2 Die-Namics for the sentiment panel and layer as well, and stamped "It's Puppy Love", from Pure Innocence Puppy Girl.  The border was cut with the new Mini Monarch Border Die-Namics, and the rolled rose was cut with the new Royal Rose Die-Namics. 

I layered the Royal Rose on top of a bow of kraft ribbon and Flax Twine.  I sponged the edges of all the patterned paper panels with Tea Dye Distress Ink, including the flower before rolling it.  It gives it so much depth!

On the inside, I added some more patterned paper, which is all from Be Amazing from My Minds Eye, and another sentiment from Pure Innocence Puppy Girl, "Congratulations On Your New Puppy".  I added another bit of Flax Twine as well.  I can't to give this to my brother and sister in law as they just got a new puppy, Snickers, whom I hope to meet this weekend.  I hope my SIL doesn't see it here on the blog first!
