Hello {SSSC213}!

Hi everyone! Happy Sunday!

It's time for a new Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge!  This week, we are up to SSSC213, and it's skinny card week too!  You can make your card any skinny size you want!  My card is 3.5 X 6!


I used some new patterned papers on my card, Splendid Sunshine from Echo Park Papers.  I love the combo of navy white and yellow!  For the focal panel, I cut a Smooth White panel using the Stitched Circle STAX Die-Namics.  Using Lemon Drop Yellow, I cut out "hello" using the Happy Hellos Die-Namics, and coated it with Glossy Accents (Did you see Jennifer McGuire do this recently?  She is so awesome, I had to try it myself).  I added a trio of enamel dots to finish off the front.


On the inside, I added another strip of patterned paper, and stamped "enjoy your special day" from Birthday Greetings, using Black Licorice Ink.

  1. Oh, I LOVE these papers and what a great layout! Yes, Jennifer is always enabling me, but I missed that tip on adding Glossy Accents to a word die. It gives such a fabulous look! Gorgeous skinny card!
