It’s Your Special Day {SSSC230}!

Hi everyone!  Happy Sunday!

It’s time for a new Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge!  This week we are up to SSSC230!  I’m still obsessed with the new LJD Celebrate You set and Diagonal Stripes Background, and I’ve used them again this week!

I cut a panel of Smooth White Card Stock and stamped the sentiment from LJD Celebrate You using Nightshift Blue Premium Dye Ink.  I cut out the panel with the Rectangle STAX 1 Die-namics.  I adorned the focal panel with a star cut with Blueprints 16 Die-namics from Banana Split Card Stock.  I sponged the edges with Banana Split Premium Dye Ink.  I added a bow of Hemp Cord beneath the star.

 

The main Sour Apple Card Stock panel was cut with Blueprints 1 Die-namics and stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.   I sponged the edges using Sour Apple Premium Dye Ink.  I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  The Sno Cone Card Stock panel was cut with Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics and stamped with the Happy Birthday Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.  I sponged the edges with Sno Cone Premium Dye Ink.  I added a trio of sequins cut with the Sequins Die-namics cut from Orange Fizz Card Stock.  I sponged the edges of the sequins as well using Orange Fizz Premium Dye Ink.

On the inside, I again used Blueprints 1 Die-namics and Blueprints 2 Die-namics to cut the main panels and mat.  I stamped the Sour Apple Card Stock panel again with the Diagonal Stripes Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.  I sponged the edges with Sour Apple Premium Dye Ink.  I sponged the edges of the Sno Cone Card Stock panel using Sno Cone Premium Dye Ink and I stamped another sentiment from LJD Celebrate You using Nightshift Blue Premium Dye Ink.
