MFT Release Countdown: Day 5!

Hi everyone!  Happy Friday!

We are getting closer and closer to the AMAZING new MFT Release!  The entire new release will be available on Tuesday, September 16th at 10PM right HERE in the newly re-vamped MFT Boutique!  Gorgeous isn’t it?

I am IN LOVE with the products I’ve used on my card today.  IN.LOVE.  I’ve used the new Mason Jar Labels, Mason Jar Die-namics, Fresh Cut Flowers Die-namics and the Fine Check Background.  SWOON.

SEPT MFT For You

This card was SO fun to create!  The Die-namics really did all of the work!  I went a bit CAS for me to really show off my jar of flowers!  I started by cutting the jar using the Mason Jar Die-namics using Translucent Vellum.  I wrapped some Hemp Cord around the top and attached a tag cut from Kraft Card Stock using the Mason Jar Die-namics.  I stamped the tag with the sentiment, “for you” from Mason Jar Labels, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.

I next got to work cutting my flowers, stems and leaves.  All of the stems and leaves were cut from Gumdrop Green Card Stock (my favorite green!) using the Fresh Cut Flowers Die-namics.  The flowers, also cut with the Fresh Cut Flowers Die-namics, were cut from Pink Lemonade Card Stock, Banana Split Card Stock and Smooth White Card Stock.  I lightly sponged them with Pink Lemonade Premium Dye Ink, Banana Split Premium Dye Ink and Grout Gray Premium Dye Ink respectively.  I then arranged them in the jar and adhered the with some double sided adhesive under the tag.  The background panel of Black Licorice Card Stock was cut with the Blueprints 12 Die-namics and stamped with the new Fine Check Background using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.  I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with the Blueprints 2 Die-namics.

On the inside, I cut two panels using Smooth White Card Stock with Blueprints 12 Die-namics and Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I cut a panel of Black Licorice Card Stock with Blueprints 12 Die-namics and stamped it with the Fine Check Background using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.  I stamped “Sweet Friend”, also from Mason Jar Labels, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.
