Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Lori has thrown down orange, light blue, dark blue and kraft! Such a great combo!
For some reason, as soon as I saw this combo, I immediately thought “gnome”. Weird right? I pulled out the SUPER cute BB You Gnome Me set and got to work! I cut the gnome and snail from X-Press It Blending Card using the BB You Gnome Me Die-namics and stamped them both with BB You Gnome Me using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic Markers and popped them up with Jody Boosters onto a panel of Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut with the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. I added a touch of shimmer to the shovel using a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker. The sentiment panel was cut from Natural Card Stock using Blueprints 15 Die-namics and stamped with “I Dig You” from BB You Gnome Me using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.
The main panel was cut from Sweet Tooth Card Stock using the Proof Positive Cover Up Die-namics. I used the Proof Positive Cover Up Die-namics to also cut Blueberry Prestige Card Stock, Blue Breeze Prestige Card Stock, Peach Bellini Prestige Card Stock and Natural Card Stock. I then used the cutouts to in lay the panel. I then added the focal panel on top using Jody Boosters and finished off the card with an enamel dots/rhinestone combo.
Check out what the Color Throwdown Team has created today!
