Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for a new Color Throwdown! This week, my sweet friend Bar has challenged us to use lime green, aqua and coral! WOW!
I am still on a quilt roll after yesterday’s MFT October Creative Challenge – Homespun Holiday, so I pulled out the Quilt Square Cover Up Die-namics and got to work! I stamped Peach Bellini Prestige Card Stock using the Damask Background with Peach Bellini Premium Dye Ink. I stamped Blu Raspberry Card Stock using the Fine Check Background with Blu Raspberry Premium Dye Ink, and I stamped Sour Apple Card Stock using the Tiny Stars Background with Sour Apple Premium Dye Ink. I then cut all three stamped panels with the Quilt Square Cover Up Die-namics. I cut a panel of Natural Card Stock using the Quilt Square Cover Up Die-namics for the frame, and I then inset the stamped panels, along with some panels cut from Sweet Tooth Card Stock. Easy peasy!
The banner was cut from Sweet Tooth Card Stock using the Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and stamped with a sentiment from LJD Spring Tulips. I anchored the panel to my card with a button and a bow of Hemp Cord.
Here is this week’s inspiration picture!
Check out what the Color Throwdown Team has created today!
