Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Lori is hostessing and has challenged us to use red, orange, yellow and light aqua/mint! SUPER fun color combo! I’ve combined this week’s CTD387 with the current MOJO Monday Challenge, MOJO442!
For my card, I started with the background, and cut a panel of Natural Card Stock using Blueprints 13 Die-namics. I added a mat of Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namcis. I stamped the Natural Card Stock panel using the Polka Dot Background with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I used the Stitched Square STAX Die-namics to cut a piece of patterned paper from the new Proper Pinstripes Paper Pack, and then added a rectangle on top cut from Berrylicious Card Stock using the Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics.
I cut a panel of Sweet Tooth Card Stock using the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics and stamped “Friends are one of the special ways God takes care of us” from LJD Words of Inspiration using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I cut a panel of Orange Fizz Card Stock using the Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and placed it under the circle panel. I then added a flower, cut using Blueprints 12 Die-namics, from Cherry Crisp Prestige Card Stock, topped off with a bow of Hemp Cord and a button.
Check out what the Color Throwdown Team has created today!
