March MFT Release Countdown: Day Three!

HI everyone! Happy Sunday!

We are getting closer and closer to the March MFT Release! All of the FABULOUS new products will be released on Tuesday, March 6th at 9PM EDT right HERE in the MFT Boutique!

Today I have a card to share with you using the ADORABLE new Best in the West, Best in the West Die-namics and Sunrise Radiating Rays Stencil!

I cannot even STAND how cute this set is! Seriously, cuteness overload!!! For my card, I began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock and cut it using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I used the same STAX Die-namics to cut a panel of Chocolate Brown Prestige Card Stock, which I then cut again using the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics. Working with the Smooth White Card Stock panel, I sponged on Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink, Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink and Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink and blended them for a sunset look. I used the new Sunrise Radiating Rays Stencil to sponge on more Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink. I then added the Chocolate Brown Prestige Card Stock panel for the “ground”.

I cut the cowbear (haha), horse and fire from No-Line Coloring Card Stock using the Best In The West Die-namics and then stamped them with Best in the West using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic Markers and then added them to the scene with Foam Tape. His lasso was cut from Brown Paper Bag Prestige Card Stock, and I added shimmer to the fire using a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker. The sentiment panel was cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics, and I stamped “Much Obliged” (love) from Best in the West using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink.
