Here is a card I created to send to Katie Renz. I am sure you've seen the huge fundraiser on her behalf...I follow her blog and really wanted to create this card for her. My heart just breaks for her and what she is going through...

Let me tell you something about I {heart} papers. This was my first time ordering from them, and it surely won't be my last. Their shipping is UBER fast. I think I ordered on Wednesday night and I had my goodies on Friday! CRAZY fast! I got all the new Authentique pads (woot) and some others that just happened to fall into my cart. I think I need a paper intervention...really.
For my card, I started with the October SFYTT and I stamped the octopus in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream cardstock. I cut out part of the banner, and two of the tentacles, and then cut it out with Rectangle Nestabilities, keeping the banner and two tentacles "out of the box". I colored this sweetie with Copic Markers and then gave it all a coat of crystal glitter. I drew in a frame with my Copic Multliner while the paper was still in the nestie.
The patterned paper is all Salt Air from Cosmo Cricket, and the border on the bottom was created with the Wave Border from Taylored Expressions. I added a bow/ribbon combo and the bow was created with the Bow Easy. I added a button cut with the Button Quartet Die-Namics from MFT and some twine. Using the smallest banner die in the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics from MFT, I created a little banner and stamped "Katie" using the Mini Banner Day Alphabet, also from MFT.
