Hi everyone! Happy Monday!! It's one of my most favorite times of the month...time for the new a la modes from My Favorite Things! WOOT!!!
Today I am SO excited to be able to share the a la modes in I've Met My Match! Isn't she SO super cute? I, of course, LOVE her (I have never met an a la mode I didn't love!).
For my card today, I started with Jen's June SFYTT Sketch. I am really loving this sketch and using it ALL of the time! I stamped this cutie in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card, colored her with Copic Markers and then fussy cut her out. All of the patterned paper is Lime Twist Fly A Kite from My Minds Eye and I added tons of machine stitching. The border was created with the Simply Scallops Die-Namics, and the sentiment panel, which reads "I've met my match", was cut with one of the banners from the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics. A little gem on either side of the sentiment finish it off!
For the inside, I added more patterned paper and then stamped this cutie again, this time in Pumpkin Pie ink, and then added another sentiment from this darling set, "Tennis begins with love". LOVE that! Two more crystals and it's done!
