If I Could Dream At All...

Hi everyone!! Happy (almost) Sunday!!

Here is my card for today's Featured Stamper Challenge on SCS, FS144, Chris Cross.....Applesauce, which honors one of my favorite stampers, Christine aka Chrisations.ink!

I was so excited to see that she is today's FS, and I couldn't wait to choose a card of hers to case!! After much deliberation (her gallery is chock full of fabulousness), I decided to case her gorgeous "The Best Time" card! I LOVE her clean layout with the score lines and how she really showcased a simple white card base with gorgeous patterned paper!!

I kept her layout and all her design elements the same, but I did change the following:

1. Used different colors
2. Used different DSP
3. Used a different image

For my card, I used this A-M-A-Z-I-N-G digi New Moon Edward from The Greeting Farm! This is a limited edition digi only available until tomorrow (Sunday @ 12:00 midnight CST) I, as a totally Twlight obsessed stamper, had to get all the New Moon Digis, which include this New Moon Edward, Bella, Jasper, Alice, Rosalie, Emmett and of course Jacob!! I am chomping at the bit to use them all too!!

This delish New Moon Edward was colored with Copic Markers (I specifically used VERY light colors for his vampire skin!) and all of his exposed skin was coated with Candle Light Shimmerz, which is what I always use on my Edwards!!

The sentiment, "If I could dream at all, it would be about you" is from Fictionally Inspired from Artful Inkables and is stamped directly onto my Choice Snow White card base in Memento Tuxedo Black.

Now, although I used New Moon Edward for my card, the sentiment reminds me of when, in Twilight (the movie), Edward tells Bella, while they are in his bedroom, that he doesn't sleep, ever. I LOVE his crooked smile in that scene...sigh...

*On a side note, today, well, I guess yesterday now, I attended the NY Stamp Show with my friends Ann, Dina & Kelly (who is also my SIL)! We had alot of fun and I even got to meet Danielle Kennedy (aka dpkennedy)! She is uber sweet and I was really excited to meet her!!!

Thanks SO much for stopping by!! Eleven days to go!!
