It's Release Day @ Taylored Expressions!!

Hi everyone!! Happy Friday!!

Today is Release Day at Taylored Expressions, and I have a sneak peek of yet another stamp for you! Today, the Baker's Dozen are sharing peeks of two brand new A La Carte stamps available today at Taylored Expressions!!

For my project today, I used the FABULOUS new Real Classic A La Carte stamp! Isn't it AWESOME!!! Instead of a card, I decided to alter this little candy box I have been holding onto for ages!

I started with Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch from Sunday, SSSC67, and I stamped the car in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and colored it with Copic Markers. All the cardstock, patterned paper and ribbon are from the Cuppie In The Kitchen Project Pantry Kit, which, as you can see, is perfect for non-Cuppie projects too!! I used a Clear Spica Glitter Pen on all the "chrome" and it's super shiny in real life!!

After I had my focal panel complete, I simply added a band and adhered it so that it slips right off the box. After stamping the sentiment, "You're A Real Classic", I cut it out and adhered it so it was a bit funky. I thought that there was nothing better to fill my box with but a mix of "classic" candy...Pez, Tootsie Rolls and Smarties. This was SUPER fun (and super easy!) to make!!

For my second project today, I simply could NOT resist making another card with Cuppie In the Kitchen! I just LOVE this set (yes...I am aware that I say that about all TE sets!). The layout is CPS165 from Card Positioning Systems, and Taylored Expressions is this week's sponsor!

I stamped Cuppie in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and colored him with Copic Markers. I cut him out and framed him with Rectangle and Scallop Rectangle Nestabilties.

Once again, ALL the cardstock, patterned paper and ribbon are from the Cuppie In The Kitchen Project Pantry Kit, and the brads and from my stash. I stamped the sentiment, "Whippin' Up A Sweet Hello" directly onto the patterned paper, and I added some shine with a Clear Spica Glitter Pen on the wisk. The bow was created, once again, with the Bow Easy!
