MFTeasers: Day Five!

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!!

Today is the last day of MFTeasers for the FABULOUS new MFT release!  Tonight is the release party and then...SHOPPING!  WOOT!

I have two more cards to share with you today.  Before we start, PLEASE excuse my SUPER wonky sewing...I changed thread and my sewing machine is in the midst of adjusting!

For my first card today, I've used the AWESOME new Who's That Guy I Love You Mower!  This set is PERFECT for my hubs...he is in charge of the outside of our house.  I don't have ANYTHING to do with that scene at all (I am NOT into dirt, or gardening in any possible way).  I used the June SFYTT sketch for my card, using this rectangle panel in place of the circle of the sketch.

I colored the image with Copic Markers and all of the patterned paper is Lime Twist Out Of The Blue from My Minds Eye.  I added two clouds cut with the Cloud Die-Namics out of My Favorite Felt in Puff Cloud White for some texture.  I repeatedly stamped the sentiment, "I love you mower" for my horizontal panel, which I adorned with a panel cut with the Fresh Cut Grass Die-Namics.  LOVE!

For the inside, some more of the same patterned paper (and awful sewing) was used, and I stamped another sentiment, "You're A Cut Above".  LOVE that too!

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on this card:

My second card today features the newest WTG - Enjoy The Ride!  If you didn't pick up the VIP Kit earlier this month, tonight is your opportunity to get this girl for your collection!  I started with my pal Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch, SSSC120.

She is colored with Copic Markers and all of the patterned paper is Lime Twist Happy Go Lucky from My Minds Eye.  Clearly I cannot put these paper collections down (grin!).  I cut out the circles with Die-Namics dies!  The larger circle was cut with the circle from the Sweet Stack Die-Namics, and the smaller circle was cut with the circle from the new Blue Ribbon Award Die-Namics!  SWEET!!

For the horizontal panel, I stamped part of the sentiment, "Do not go where the path may lead" and adorned it with a panel cut from the new Large Simply Scallops Die-Namics.  I added a layered flower cut with the Pretty Posies Die-Namics adorned with a paper button cut with the Button Quartet Die-Namics.  Some machine stitching (it's not so bad on this one) and Baker's Twine complete the front.

For the inside, I added another panel of patterned paper and finished off the sentiment, "Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail."  Isn't that SUCH a gorgeous sentiment?  LOVE!

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on this card:
