Ribbon Carousel & The Alley Way Stamps Blog Hop!

Hi everyone!  Happy Wednesday!!

Today, The Ribbon Carousel is thrilled to be teaming up with The Alley Way Stamps for an amazing blog hop packed with tons of talent and inspiration for your enjoyment, with a pot of gold at the end for the blog hoppers!!!

The Alley Way Stamps has the CUTEST stamp sets!!  I am so excited to work with the adorable Gotta Bug set!  For my card, I started with the May SFYTT for the layout.  As I say every month, I LOVE this sketch!  I did a bit of masking and stamped the hot water bottle, pill bottle and thermometer onto X Press It Blending Card and colored them with Copic Markers.

I cut them out and layered them using Circle STAX 1 Die-Namics and Circle STAX 2 Die-Namics, from MFT.  The patterned paper is Hello Summer from Echo Park Papers.  LOVE the fun, whimsical colors and patterns in this collection.  I have a SERIOUS paper pad addition (seriously, it borders on ridiculous), and I just got TONS more, including this one, from The Ribbon Carousel.  Check out all the paper pads she has right HERE!

I embossed the background panel with the Seeing Spots Embossing Folder, and on the two horizontal panels I added some delish Yellow Solid Plaid Ribbon.  I created the bow with The Bow Easy and added a paper button on top that I cut with the Button Quartet Die-Namics from MFT.  I tied a bit of my beloved Natural Jute Twine through the button for an extra touch.  The sentiment, "Sending Warm Fuzzies" was stamped onto a panel cut with the Dog Tag Die-Namics, from MFT.

Here is a closeup of the bow/sentiment panel:

And here is a closeup of my masked trio of images:

Here are the Copic Markers I've used on my card:

Here is a bit about The Alley Way Stamps:

We're a small company from Utah that specializes in clear photopolymer stamps that are made right here in the USA! These stamps are fun, whimsy, and sometimes a little quirky.
