Hi everyone!! Happy Saturday!
I had a brief amount of free time, so I sat down with my stamps and had a bit of fun with this week's sketch challenge on SCS, SC424!
I've used the darling new Pure Innocence One Of My Favorite Peeps, just released from MFT, for my card. I stamped her onto X Press It Blending Card, colored her with Copic Markers, paper pieced her dress and then fussy cut her out.
I used a mix of new MME papers, Unforgettable and Memorable, on my card. I love her sweet little floral dress. The Kraft background was embossed with the Seeing Spots Embossing Folder, and I used the Little Open Scallop Strip Die-Namics for the border.
The sentiment, "To One Of My Favorite Peeps" was stamped onto a Sweet Tooth panel cut with the First Place Award Ribbon Die-Namics. I cut the cute little peep with the Woven Basket Die-Namics from Cotton Candy Cardstock.
Here is a quick peek at the Die-Namics I used to cut the peep. As you can see, the Cotton Candy Cardstock is still in the Die-Namics, and using a Copic Multliner, I simply dotted in the holes for the eyes and nose. Easy peasy.
On the inside I added more patterned paper, another border cut with the Little Open Scallop Strip Die-Namics, and added another peep. The sentiment, "Happy Easter" is also from Pure Innocence One Of My Favorite Peeps.
Here are the Copic Markers I've used on my card:
