You Are My Anchor!

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday!

Today is a snow day for us here on Long Island, and when I saw Jen's Deconstructed Sketch, DS138, I knew I wanted to play along!

I pulled out some brand new MFT goodies for my card, and I used Pure Innocence Sailor Girl, Houndstooth Cover Up Die-Namics and Blueprints 12 Die-Namics!

I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X Press It Blending Card and colored her with Copic Markers.  I cut out the panel using the Pierced Rectangle STAX Die-Namics.  I layered it with a Nighshift Blue panel cut with the Rectangle STAX 2 Die-Namics.  I added the little flag, cut from Nightshift Blue Cardstock, using the new Blueprints 12 Die-Namics.

I cut the main Kraft panel, and the Smooth White mat, using the Blueprints 1 Die-Namics and Blueprints 2 Die-Namics.  I embossed the Kraft panel using the new Houndstooth Cover Up Die-Namics and the Embossing Pad Duo.  I cut the Smooth White and Lemon Drop striped panels with the Chalkboard Builder Die-Namics.  I then cut the anchor from Nightshift Blue Cardstock using the Let's Get Nautical Die-Namics.  I topped it off with a Lemon Drop Button tied with Hemp Cord.

On the inside, I again used the Blueprints 1 Die-Namics and Blueprints 2 Die-Namics for the panels, and I stamped a sentiment, "You Are My Anchor" from Pure Innocence Sailor Girl using Black Licorice Ink.

Here are the MFT products I've used on my card: Thanks SO much for stopping by!
