You Can Count On Me! {CTD356}

Hi everyone!  Happy Wednesday!

It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Broni has challenged us to use orange, green and black!  Fun combo!

Print

I needed a little inspiration to get going, so I pulled out my binder of Blueprints Die-namics sketches and was inspired to use Blueprints 12 Die-namics!  I used one of the suggested layouts and it was a breeze from there on!  The main panel was cut with Blueprints 1 Die-namics using the diagonal pattern from the Dots & Stripes Neutral Paper Pack.  I added a mat of Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock using Blueprints 2 Die-namics.

The Sweet Tooth Card Stock panel was cut with Blueprints 12 Die-namics and embossed with the Circle Grid Stencil and Embossing Pad Duo.  All of the other elements were cut using Blueprints 12 Die-namics.  The circle panel was stamped with “You Can Count On Me” from Encouraging Words using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.  The flower was cut from Orange Fizz Card Stock and the leaves from Field Day Prestige Card Stock.  The flags were cut from Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock and Dots & Stripes Neutral Paper Pack.  I finished off the card with a trio of rhinestones.

  1. Love the wee pop of color against the majority black and white! That diagonal stripe is my fave MFT background stamp!
