Snow Globe Card Kit: Day Two!

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!

I have another card to share with you today using the magical new Snow Globe Card Kit from MFT! This fabulous kit will be released tonight at 9PM EST right HERE in the MFT Boutique!

For my card, I started with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock, cut using the A2 Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Rectangle STAX 1 Die-namics. I used the new Snow Globe Die-namics to cut out the panel, and then added a Dome Shaker Pouch.

For the scene inside, I used the Scenic Snow Globe Die-namics to cut the snowman, trees and snow drifts. I spritzed some watered down white acrylic paint on the Blueberry Prestige Card Stock “sky” for a snowy sky. I used a panel of Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock to cut his scarf. Before adding the scene and sealing the pouch, I added some Diamond Dust for a super wintry feeling. I cut the bottom of the snow globe using the Snow Globe DIe-namics from Cherry Adhesive Paper. I used the Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics to cut a panel of Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock, and stamped “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” from Snow Globe Sentments using Versamark Ink, and then heat embossed it with White Detail Embossing Powder. A trio of enamel dots finish off the card.
