Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Lynn has challenged us to use green, orange, brown and kraft! This combo just screams fall, right??
For my card today, I began with a panel of Kraft Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and I used the same die to cut a strip of patterned paper from the Fun & Frolic Paper Pack. I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock to the panel cut with A2 Rectangle STAX 1 Die-namics. I wrapped the panel with Hemp Cord.
I cut a panel of Chocolate Brown Prestige Card Stock using the Stitched Rectangle Frames Die-namics, and cut the center panel from Smooth White Card Stock. I cut this little cutie from X-Press It Blending Card using the Pure Innocence Jumping With Joy Die-namics and then stamped her using Pure Innocence Jumping With Joy using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I colored her with Copic Markers and popped her up with Foam Tape onto the frame panel.
The leaves were cut using the Falling Leaves Die-namics from Orange Fizz Card Stock, Gumdrop Green Card Stock and Chocolate Brown Prestige Card Stock and sponged the edges using Orange Fizz Premium Dye Ink, Gumdrop Green Premium Dye Ink and Chocolate Brown Premium Dye Ink respectively. I added them to the corner of the frame and topped them with a bow of Hemp Cord. The sentiment panel was cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I stamped “Grateful” using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink and used the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics to cut the panel smaller to fit the sentiment.
Check out what the Color Throwdown Team has created today!
