February MFT Release Countdown: Day Five!

Hi everyone! Happy Friday!

It’s time to begin the countdown to the INCREDIBLE February MFT Release! All of the amazing new products will be released on Tuesday, February 6th at 9PM EDT right HERE in the MFT Boutique!

Today I have a card to share with you using the ADORABLE new Party Animals, Party Animals Die-namics and Collage Cover Up Die-namics! LOVE!

Print

For my card, I began with the background, and I cut a panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the A2 Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics. I sponged on Abandoned Coral DIstress Oxide Ink and Spiced Marmalade Distress Oxide Ink, and then, on top of both colors, I sponged on Antique Linen Distress Oxide Ink to soften the colors a bit. I then spritzed the panel with water, and then again with watered down white acrylic paint. I cut another panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the new Collage Cover Up Die-namics, which I LOVE, and then adhered it over the inked panel.

I stamped “Let’s Pretend It’s Not Pasture Birthday” (giggle) inside one of the open spaces using Versamark Ink and then heat embossed the sentiment with White Detail Embossing Powder. I cut these darling little animals, the gifts and the banner from X-Press It Blending Card using the new Party Animals Die-namics from X-Press It Blending Card, and I stamped them using the Extreme Black Hybrid Ink with Party Animals. I colored them with Copic Markers and then popped them up with Foam Tape onto the card.
