Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!
It’s time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Amy Rohl has challenged us to use the gorgeous combo of orange, brown, rust and yellow! Delish!
For my card, I began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I stamped different trees from Modern Trees using Pineapple Premium Dye Ink, Orange Zest Premium Dye Ink, Persimmon Premium Dye Ink and Milk Chocolate Premium Dye Ink.
I wrapped Hemp Cord twice around the main panel and then cut a circle of Natural Card Stock using the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics, popping it up with Foam Tape. I then cut “grateful” four times from Milk Chocolate Prestige Card Stock using the Die-namics from Grateful For You. I adhered them together and then added the die-cut word to the circle panel. I cut a strip of Persimmon Prestige Card Stock and stamped “to have you in my life” from Grateful For You using Versamark Ink, and then heat embossed the sentiment using WOW White Embossing Powder. I finished off the card with a trio of enamel dots and a bow of Hemp Cord.
