October MFT Release Countdown: Day 5!

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday!

It’s time to begin the Countdown to the FABULOUSY merry October MFT Release Countdown! YAY!! All of the amazing new products will be released on Tuesday, October 9th at 10AM in the Brand Spankin’ New section of the MFT Boutique!

Today I have a card to share with you using the ADORABLE new Santa & Friends, Santa & Friends Die-namics, Christmas Background and Candy Land Paper Pack! LOVE!

OK, so full disclosure, I am OBSESSED with the new Christmas Background! You will be seeing me use this stamp A LOT! LOVE! I started with a panel of Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock cut using the A2 Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and I stamped it using the Christmas Background with Versamark Ink. I then heat embossed the panel using WOW White Embossing Powder. I layered a strip of patterned paper from the new Candy Land Paper Pack.

I cut this ADORBS Santa and reindeer (I made him Rudolph) from No-Line Coloring Card Stock using the new Santa & Friends Die-namics, and then stamped the image with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink using Santa & Friends. I colored them with Copic Markers, and I turned the reindeer into Rudolph by adding Red Berry Nuvo Drops to his nose. I added Fresh Snowfall Nuvo Glitter to the trim on Santa’s suit, and of course, on the pom pom on his hat! I popped the image up with Foam Tape onto a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the Circle STAX 1 Die-namics. The sentiment panel was cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics, and I stamped “You’re Always on My Nice List”, from Santa & Friends, using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink. I finished off the card with a trio of enamel dots.
