Erin Lee Creative Blog Hop!

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!

I am SO excited to be a part of my blog hop introducing my dear friend Erin’s FABULOUS new stamp company, Erin Lee Creative! YAY!! I am SO proud of Erin, and I LOVE her style and products!! You should have arrived here from Janette Kausen's Blog!

I had SO much fun creating this card! I used the TOTALLY rad new Layering Skull Stamp Set, Layering Skull Coordinating Die Set and ‘Til Death Word Die! LOVE!!!!!!!!! I began with a panel of white card stock and sponged on Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink. I spritzed the panel with water and then with shimmer mist. I added striped paper down one side of the card.

I cut the skull from white card stock using the Layering Skull Coordinating Die Set and then stamped it using the Layering Skull Stamp Set with Pumice Stone Distress Oxide Ink, Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide Ink and Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink. LOVE! The layering is FAB! The flowers were cut using the Layering Skull Coordinating Die Set and stamped with the Layering Skull Stamp Set. I colored the flowers with Copic Markers. I added the flowers and skull to the card, popping them up with foam tape.

I then cut “’til death” from silver card stock and then twice from white card stock, layered them together and then added the die-cut to the card. I LOVE this die SO much. It is all one, so there is no stress trying to get the words to line up. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I finished off my card with a trio of rhinestones.

  2. Not your usual card. I drive by a store that is called Til death and I always wondered what they sell. Now I am wondering how I could use this sentiment on some cards.
