August MFT Release Countdown: Day Five!

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday!

It's time to begin the Countdown to the INCREDIBLE August MFT Release! Hold on tight, because we have an amazing release in store for you this month! All of the fabulous and innovative new products will be released on Tuesday, August 6th at 10AM in the MFT Boutique!

Today I have a card to share with you using the absolutely FABULOUS new Interactive Up & Down Die-namics, which I've paired with the DARLING new Hop, Flip and a Jump and the Hop, Flip and a Jump Die-namics! SO.MUCH.FUN.

I must be honest, I usually shy away from interactive cards. I always find myself a bit intimidated by them. The Interactive Up & Down Die-namics are SO easy to use, and this card came together SO fast and easily! I am hooked!!

The main panel of Smooth White Card Stock was cut using the Interactive Up & Down Die-namics, and before I continued creating the mechanism, I used the Mini Cloud Edges Die-namics and Blu Raspberry Premium Dye Ink and created the cloudy sky. LOVE. I then continued creating the mechanism. SO EASY. I then added the grass, which was cut from Green Room Prestige Card Stock using the Grassy Fields Die-namics and stamped the sentiment, "I'm Jumping with Joy for You" using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink.

I cut the trampoline and these darling critters from No-Line Coloring Card Stock using the Hop, Flip and a Jump Die-namics, and then stamped them using Hop, Flip and a Jump using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink. I colored them all with Copic Markers, and I popped up the trampoline and lion using foam tape. The giraffe and rhino were attached to the Interactive Up & Down mechanism, and with a simple pull of the tab, they jump up and down! SO in love!

Thanks SO much for stopping by! Please head over to the MFT Blog to check out what the rest of the team have created, and for a chance to win an MFT Gift Certificate!

  4. I love the way that the interactive die looks easy in the tutorial, but I am afraid that someone would need to hold my hand the first time!Thank you for sharing your techniques with us!
