Congrats! {CTD606}

 Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!

It's time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Lisa has challenged us to use the gorgeous combo of peach, aqua and Kraft! Just SO pretty!

I needed a Congratulations card for a little girl, and these colors were just perfect! I began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock and I sponged on Tattered Rose and Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Inks and blended them together. I cut the panel using the Lots of Hearts Cover-Up Die-namics, and then splattered the panel with white acrylic paint.

When the panel was dry, I matted it against a panel of Smooth White Card Stock. I cut a strip of Kraft Card Stock and stamped "CONGRATS" from the Welcome, Baby set using Versamark Ink. I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder and then popped it up with foam tape. A trio of clear enamel dots completes my card.

Hello! {CTD605}

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!

It's time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, I am the hostess! I have chosen the gorgeous combo of red, coral, white and blue! LOVE!

I had SO much fun creating my card! I began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics. The flowers were all cut using the Stitched Flowers Die-namics, and I cut them from Red Hot Card Stock, Coral Crush Prestige Card Stock, After Midnight Prestige Card Stock and Smooth White Card Stock. I layered the flowers together and added them to the Smooth White Card Stock panel. I trimmed the excess from the edges.

The "hello" was cut using the Little Hello Die-namics. I love that this Die-namics comes with the frame for the word, it really makes it pop! I cut the frame from After Midnight Prestige Card Stock and the "hello" from Smooth White Card Stock. SO fun!

Sending You Bunches of Love! {CTD603}

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!

It's time for a new Color Throwdown Challenge, and this week, Broni has challenged us to use yellow, orange and green! Great combo!!

I used the sweet PI Bundles of Love for my card today! I cut her from No-Line Coloring Card Stock using the Bundles of Love Die-namics. I then stamped her with Extreme Black Hybrid Ink using Bundles of Love. I colored her with Copic Markers and then popped her up with foam tape onto a panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics.

The main panel was cut from the Fun In The Sun Paper Pad using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and I then added a horizontal strip of patterned paper from the Summertime Polka Dots Paper Pad. I layered the panels of patterned paper and then popped up the focal panel using foam tape. The sentiment panel was cut from Smooth White Card Stock cut using the Skinny Strips Die-namics, and I stamped "Sending You Bunches of Love" using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink.
