MFT Creative Team Challenge - It's A Wrap!

In 2011, MFT is working harder than ever to inspire you, and we have come up with something we think you'll really enjoy. Our Design Team Creative Challenge is a new monthly feature, where we challenge our design team to explore their creative side using a specific theme, product or technique. This month, "It's a Wrap" Be sure to check the MFT Blog for a list of all the designers who have creative gift solutions for you today!

What a FUN challenge!  I decided to create a tag for each of my daughter's for Christmas this year!  I thought it would be cute to pair up the ADORABLE Pure Innocence Peek A Boo along with the "No Peeking" sentiment from the Tag You're It set!

I stamped the girls in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and colored them with Copic Markers.  The dresses were paper pieced with the same patterned paper I used on the tags, Jingle from Lily Bee Designs.  The tag bases were cut with the Tag You're It Die-Namics (love) and I added the striped patterned paper.  The border was created with the Dainty Doily Border Die-Namics.

I stamped the sentiment, "No Peeking" onto a panel cut with the horizontal die in the Layered Label Die-Namics.  I tucked this under a rosette cut from patterned paper with the 1/4 Rosette Die-Namics.  I then "fussy cut" out the girls and popped them up on top of the rosettes.  I added pearls to their dresses, the flower in their hair, and onto the striped panel on the tags.  A simple eyelet and twine finish them off.

Here is a look at the two together:

And a closeup of one of them:

Here are the Die-Namics I've used on my tags:
