Hi everyone!! Happy Tuesday!!
Are you SO excited about this amazing new MFT Release? I sure am! I am in love with each and every stamp set and Die-Namics die, especially this darling new a la mode, Polished to Perfection! I.LOVE.HER. I created a trio with her tonight to show her off! Here are all three pieces together...a basket for nail polish, a card and a tag.
First up is the card. On all three I stamped her onto X Press It Blending Card and colored them with Copic Markers. I then fussy cut them out and they are all popped up with Jody Boosters onto two layered circles cut with the Circle STAX 1 Die-Namics and Circle STAX 2 Die-Namics. All of the patterned paper is Paper Cottage on all three as well.
On the card, I added a sentiment panel with the Sentiment Strips Die-Namics and stamped "You Are So Polished". I added a Sno Cone Button and a Pink Lemonade Button, both tied with Flax Twine. The card base is Sno Cone and the Kraft panel was embossed with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder.
Here is a closeup of her and her big bottle of coral polish (my current favorite polish color).
I added some Kraft Grosgrain Ribbon and tied a bow, topped with a
flower cut with the new Layered Rose Die-Namics. I added another Sno Cone Button on top of the bow.
On the inside I stamped her again, this time in Paper White Fresh Ink, and added another sentiment, "Girly Girl", which I stamped onto a panel cut with the new Designer Labels 4 STAX Die-Namics. This panel is popped over a piece of patterned paper cut with the Sentiment Strips Die-Namics.
I created a tag to go along with my set, and I started with a Kraft panel cut with the Designer Labels 4 STAX Die-Namics and I embossed it again with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder. On the tag I added a fun sentiment, "Polished To Perfection" adorned with a Bubblegum Button. I tied a bit of Bubblegum Ribbon through an eyelet on the top of the tag.
The last part of my trio is a basket I created to house a few bottles of nail polish. Wouldn't this make a darling gift for a friend, perhaps coupled with a gift certificate for a mani/pedi? LOVE. I used the Easter Basket Tutorial HERE on SCS as the base of my basket and then just embellished. Seriously, isn't she so sweet? She may be my most favorite a la mode thus far.
My basket houses six bottles of my favorite (well, favorite for right now) Essie colors. On the handle I stamped, repeatedly, "Believe in the power of a manicure". I super duper love that sentiment.
Here is a side view. I added a border using the new Wavy Edge Die-Namics and I added some Berrylicious Ribbon all around the edge.
Here are the Copic Markers I've used on my trio:
