MFT January Release Rewind!

Hi everyone!  Happy Thursday!

The incredible new January MFT Release is available right HERE, right now, and the MFT Design Team will be sharing even more inspiration using the new products both today and tomorrow!

I have two cards to share with you tonight, and they both share a color scheme (Cotton Candy paired with the new Ripe Raspberry and Wild Wisteria), as well as the same layout, the new MFT Sketch Challenge, MFTWSC210, which you can find right on the new MFT Challenge Blog!  I created one card with the sketch as is, and another with the sketch flipped!

Print

My first card features the ADORABLE new Pure Innocence Heart Banner, Pure Innocence Heart Banner Die-namics, Pierced Heart STAX Die-namics and Tiny Hearts Background!  I started by cutting her from X-Press It Blending Card using the Pure Innocence Heart Banner Die-namics and then stamped her with Pure Innocence Heart Banner using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink.  I colored her with Copic Markers and then popped her up with Jody Boosters onto a panel of Wild Wisteria Prestige Card Stock cut with the Stitched Rounded Rectangle STAX Die-namics.  The flag was cut from Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock using the Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics.  After cutting it out, I flipped the die and cut the other edge so that both edges have flags.  I adorned it with a Smooth White Card Stock heart cut with the new Pierced Heart STAX Die-namics!

Print

The main panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock was cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics and then stamped with the new Tiny Hearts Background using Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink.  I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 20 Die-namics (I am seriously obsessed with these Blueprints).

Print

On the inside, I cut another panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock with Blueprints 13 Die-namics and then stamped with the new Tiny Hearts Background using Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink.  I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 20 Die-namics.  I added a panel of Wild Wisteria Prestige Card Stock for the sentiment panel, cut with the Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics, and then stamped with the sentiment, “You Have My Heart” from Pure Innocence Heart Banner using Ripe Raspberry Premium Dye Ink.

Print

My second card features the sketch using the original orientation.  This card features the Pierced Heart STAX Die-namics and the DARLING new Miss Tina set, MSTN I Love You More.  I seriously LOVE this set…the fonts are awesome!

Print

I started by cutting a panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics.  After cutting it once, I again, just like on my first card, flipped it around and cut the other edge so I have double flags.  I then stamped the sentiment, “i ♥ YOU” from MSTN I Love You More using Black LIcorice Premium Dye Ink.  I colored the heart with Copic Markers and gave it a coat of Clear Wink of Stella Marker.  I popped the panel up using Jody Boosters onto a panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock cut with the Stitched Rounded Rectangle STAX Die-namics and stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background using Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink.  I added a heart cut from Ripe Raspberry Prestige Card Stock cut with the new Pierced Heart STAX Die-namics.

Print

The main panel of Wild Wisteria Prestige Card Stock was cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics and I stamped it with the Swiss Dots Background using Wild Wisteria Premium Dye Ink.  I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.

Print

On the inside, I again cut a panel of Wild Wisteria Prestige Card Stock with Blueprints 13 Die-namics and I stamped it with the Swiss Dots Background using Wild Wisteria Premium Dye Ink.  I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.   I cut a panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock for the sentiment panel using the Stitched Rounded Rectangle STAX Die-namics, and stamped the sentiment, “I Love you always and forever” from MSTN I Love You More using Black LIcorice Premium Dye Ink.  I added White Gel Pen to one of the hearts, and Clear Wink of Stella Marker to the other.
