Happy, Happy Birthday! {CTD334}

Hi everyone!  Happy Wednesday!

It’s time for a new Color Throwdown!  This week, we are up to CTD334, and Tammy has challenged us to use orange, navy and pink!

Print

I’ve paired this week’s colors with Jen’s Deconstructing Sketch, DS192.  I starting by cutting out this sweet little gal using the Pure Innocence Happy Banner Die-namics  from X-Press It Blending Card, and I stamped the panel using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink using Pure Innocence Happy Banner.  I colored her with Copic Markers, and I added shimmer to her banner and hair bow using a Clear Wink of Stella Marker.  I popped her up onto a panel of Kraft Card Stock and Smooth White Card Stock cut with the Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics.

Print

The main panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock was cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics, and I added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I added a strip of After Midnight Prestige Card Stock, cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics, and added a Smooth White Card Stock panel cut with the scallop border from Blueprints 23 Die-namics.  I added a small strip of Cotton Candy Card Stock and a strip of Orange Fizz Card Stock.  I used the stitched flag die from Blueprints 20 Die-namics to create the After Midnight Prestige Card Stock flag.

Print

On the inside, I cut another panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock using Blueprints 13 Die-namics, and added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I stamped this sweet PI again, this time using Cotton Candy Premium Dye Ink, and I stamped the sentiment, “Happy, Happy Birthday”, from Pure Innocence Happy Banner, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.
