Icing on the Cupcake Card Kit!

Hi everyone! Happy Sunday!!

There is a new MFT Card Kit, just released, and it is as sweet as can be!!! The Icing on the Cupcake Card Kit is available right now in the MFT Boutique, and there is a sweet deal too! The Pick a Pad Promo! A free paper pad with a $50 order! SWEET!!

I have two cards to share with you today! For my first card, I cut the cupcake using the new Cupcake and Sprinkles Die-namics. The icing was cut from Smooth White Card Stock, and the liner from the Birthday Brights Paper Pad. The cherry stem was cut from Sour Apple Card Stock, and the cherry from Razzle Berry Card Stock. I popped the cupcake up with foam tape onto a panel of Cotton Candy Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics.

The main panel of Smooth White Card Stock was cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and I used the same Die-namics to cut a strip of patterned paper from the Birthday Brights Paper Pad. I popped up the circle panel with the cupcake on top of the patterned paper panel, and then added the sentiment panel, which I cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Fishtail Sentiment Strips. I stamped the sentiment, from Sugar Coated Sentiments, using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink, and then popped up the panel with foam tape. I finished off the card with a trio of enamel dots.

I went with a bright, fun look for my second card using the Icing on the Cupcake Card Kit!

I began with a panel of Natural Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics, and then using the Cupcake and Sprinkles Die-namics, created a bunch of cupcakes! They are SO fun! The icing on all of the cupcakes are white, and the wrappers were cut from Razzle Berry Card Stock, Pineapple Prestige Card Stock, Blu Raspberry Card Stock, Lavender Fields Prestige Card Stock and Sour Apple Card Stock. The candles were cut from the same colors, and I assembled the cupcakes. I laid them out on the card and then trimmed the excess.

I added sparkle to the candle flames and then added the sentiment panel, which I cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics, and I stamped a sentiment from Sugar Coated Sentiments using Extreme Black Hybrid Ink. SO fun!

Thanks SO much for stopping by! Please head over to the MFT Blog to check out what the rest of the team have created today, and be sure to head to the MFT Boutique to grab your Icing on the Cupcake Kit!!
