Happy, Happy Birthday {DTGD14wendybell}!

Hi everyone! Happy Sunday!

I have a card to share with you today for another DTGD Challenge!  This one is for DTGD14wendybell!  Want the details of the challenge?  You have to be a Fan Club Member!  What are you waiting for?

I know I say this all the time, but seriously, I had SO much fun creating this card!  I started with the sweet Pure Innocence Happy Banner and stamped her onto X-Press It Blending Card.  I cut out the image with the Happy Banner Die-namics, and then colored her with Copic Markers.  I popped her up with Jody Boosters onto a panel of Orange Fizz Card Stock that I embossed with the Pegboard Cover Up Die-namics and the Embossing Mat Combo.

The main panel was cut from Sno Cone Card Stock using the Blueprints 1 Die-namics.  I cut a mat of Smooth White Card Stock using Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I embossed the Sno Cone Card Stock panel with the Polka Dots Cover Up Die-namics and the Embossing Pad Duo.  The Sour Apple Card Stock panel was stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background using the Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.  I created the banner with Blueprints 17 Die-namics from Banana Split Card Stock and stamped them with Washi Patterns using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.  I strung the banner with Hemp Cord.

On the inside, I again cut the Sno Cone Card Stock panel with the Blueprints 1 Die-namics and added a mat of Smooth White Card Stock using Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I added another panel of Sour Apple Card Stock stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.  I stamped a sentiment from Pure Innocence Happy Banner, “Happy, Happy Birthday” using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.

DTGD14Kharmagirl Mickey

A friend asked me to make a card for her granddaughter’s second birthday…a Mickey Mouse theme!  I got to right to work with the help of my Circle STAX 1 Die-namics and Circle STAX 2 Die-namics!  They made quick work of creating Mickey from Black Licorice Card Stock.  I had some red glitter paper in my stash, so I cut a half circle for the main circle panel.  I added two Lemon Drop Buttons to the bottom of the circle.  I used the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics and Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics for the two flags, cut from Lemon Drop Card Stock and Smooth White Card Stock.  I stamped “Wish Big” from LLD Delicious Birthday using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink and Electric Red Premium Dye Ink.

The background, cut from Smooth White Card Stock using Blueprints 1 Die-namics, and of course matted with Blueprints 2 Die-namics, was stamped with the Confetti Background using Lemon Drop Premium Dye Ink, Electric Red Premium Dye Ink, Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink and Silver Delicata Ink.  I added a panel of Wild Cherry Card Stock , stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink, and added a panel of Lemon Drop Card Stock.

On the inside, I again added two panels cut with Blueprints 1 Die-namics and Blueprints 2 Die-namics.  I stamped the sentiment, “You’re Quite A Character”, from LLD Magical Memories, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink.  I added a Wild Cherry Card Stock panel stamped with the Diagonal Stripes Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.
