Taylored Expressions Previews: Day Three!

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday!!

Welcome to day three of previews for the latest release from Taylored Expressions!! Once again, I have two new sets to share with you today!

First up is the Pennant Stamp and matching Pennant Border Die! These are SO much fun (and we all know that banners and pennants are ALL the rage these days!). Instead of creating a card, I thought it would be fun to create a fun little Birthday frame!

I've used the AMAZING Chloe Small Acrylic Frame for my project (and may I just say that I {heart} these frames) and decorated it with papers from the Little Girl collection from Echo Park Papers. These papers are some of my ALL time favorites.

After choosing and attaching my papers, I simply stamped the pennant die in Memento Rose Bud onto Choice Snow White Cardstock and cut it out with the Pennant Border Die. I then added Taylor's Tiny Twinkles in between each pennant. I stamped the Birthday Wishes sentiment and Banner frame from It's A Banner Day 1 and cut it out with the It's A Banner Day 1 Die and attached it to the top of the frame. A simple white satin bow finishes it off. I thought I could hang this on my girl's bedroom doors on their birthdays.

Here are the Taylored Dies I've used for this fun project:

For my second project today, I am sharing A Tweet For You!! This set is DARLING and was designed by Taylor as part of the TE line at Taylored Expressions! I thought it would be fun to "pull a Pedro" (lol) and create tags to hang on my girls Easter Basket's this year! I pulled out lots of my beloved Taylored Dies and just had fun with these!

I started with a Kraft base cut with the Frame It Up 1 Die which I then added texture to with the Scallops & Circles Impression Plate. I then cut Choice Snow White Cardstock with the From The Heart Frame Die and cut it in half, adhering a half to either side of a circle I cut from Little Girl papers from Echo Park Papers.

I stamped the frames from Sweet Treats in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Kraft Cardstock and cut them out with the Favor Frame Die. I then added the sentiments and then the bunny/egg images stamped in Whisper White Craft Ink.

I added some of Taylor's Tiny Twinkles to make them shine (grin) and a simple white grosgrain ribbon.

Here are the Taylored Dies and Impression Plate I've used on my "tags ala Pedro":

  9. Nice work. I came across your blog while “blog surfing” using the Next Blog button on the blue Nav Bar located at the top of my blogger.com site. I frequently just travel around looking for other blogs which exist on the Internet, and the various, creative ways in which people express themselves. Thanks for sharing.
