Taylored Expressions Previews: Day Two!

**PLEASE SCROLL DOWN A SMIDGE FOR MY MFTEASER. THANKS!**

Hi everyone!!  Happy Tuesday!!  I am SO excited to be back with more previews from the latest release from Taylored Expressions!!!  The two sets I am sharing with you today, Bringing Home Baby and Baby Cakes, are among my favorites of this release.  I mean, come on, a Baby Cuppie set?  Sign me up!

My first card today features the GORGEOUS Bringing Home Baby set.  This set was illustrated by Nancy McKinney for the Whimsical Wishes line and features 23 images!!  There are SO many possibilities for building your own nursery scene and for everything from a Clean and Simple card to an interactive pop-up!

For my card, I started with the Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge, TESC137.  LOVE this sketch and it was perfect for what I had in mind!  I stamped this DARLING quilt and shelf in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Snow White Cardstock.  I then stamped the sheep and the blocks (they are separate images) on top of the shelf.  I colored the entire image with Copic Markers and then cut out and embossed the panel with Petite Oval Nestabilities.

I used the sentiment, "Welcome Home Baby" from Bringing Home Baby and curved it a bit on my block and then stamped it onto Choice Snow White Cardstock.  I then stamped the solid banner from It's A Banner Day 1 in Memento Cantaloupe and cut it out with the It's A Banner Day 1 Die.  I then layered it over my focal panel.  I love all of the It's A Banner Day stamp sets and Dies.  They make it SO easy to add a sentiment panel to a card!

I used two different patterned paper collections on my card, Happily Lost and Picket Fence, both from Lily Bee Designs.  The scallops were created with the Medium Scallop Border Die and I finished off my card with a bow created with The Bow Easy, four white candy dots and tons of stitching.

Here are the Taylored Dies I've used on this card:

My second card today features the ADORABLE new Baby Cakes set!  This set was illustrated by Jessie Olson and includes 18 images that are perfect for baby congrats, announcements, scrapbooking, etc.

Who can resist Cuppie, let alone a baby Cuppie!  Talk about CUTENESS overload.  Be prepared to see ALOT of this set around here.  Just warning you!!!

I started by stamping this DARLING Cuppie in a baby carriage in Memento Tuxedo Black onto Choice Buttercream Cardstock and colored him with Copic Markers.  I paper pieced the carriage with one of the same patterns I used on my card, Ducks In A Row from October Afternoon.  I cut out and embossed the panel with Circle Nestabilities and sponged the edges with Memento Cantaloupe & Memento Tangelo.

I LOVE this sentiment, "Babies are such sweet beginnings" and I stamped it directly onto the patterned paper.  I sewed all of the layers with my sewing machine.  I added a border of Choice Buttercream created with the Small Scalloped Border Die, and added some Baker's Twine for a fun accent.  I also created a layered flower using the same patterned paper and the Friendship Blooms Die, which I attached with a button and some more Baker's Twine.  Love these flowers!

Here are the Taylored Dies I've used on this card:

For more baby sweetness, head on over to the rest of the Baker's Dozen to see what they have created with these darling sets!
