Hello There, Friend! {WSC405}

It’s time for a new MFT Sketch Challenge, and this week we are up to WSC405! I had a lot of fun with this week’s sketch!

For my card, I began with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX 2 Die-namics. I then cut another panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the same set of Die-namics, and placed the Geometric Stars Stencil on top. I sponged on Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink, Wild Honey Distress Oxide Ink and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink. LOVE. I determined where I wanted to place the panel on the card, and then cut it again so that all sides have the stitched detail.

I die-cut “hello” from Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock using the Hello Die-namics four times and then layered them together. I added the die-cut to my card, and then cut a strip of Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock and stamped “Hello There, Friend” from Love Buds using Versamark Ink and then heat embossed the sentiment using WOW White Embossing Powder. I finished off the card with a trio of enamel dots.
