2017 {Stamp, Ink & Paper Challenge #101}

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!

I am back with the Stamp, Ink & Paper Challenge for this week, which is all about graduation!  I have had a black with the SIP team this month!

For my card, I’ve used the super fun Blueprints 26 Die-namics.  I started with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock, cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics.  I added a panel of patterned paper from the Black & White Basics Paper Pack to the top of the card.

The balloons were cut from Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock and Red Hot Card Stock, and the bows and strings were cut from Natural Card Stock. The balloons were coated with Glossy Accents, and they are SUPER shiny (which makes it SUPER hard to take pictures of them!).  I then cut out “2017” from Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock and then coated them again with Glossy Accents.

Hello Lovely! {Stamp, Ink & Paper Challenge #100}

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!

It’s time for this week’s Stamp, Ink & Paper Challenge!  This week is the 100th Challenge (WOW) and the theme is card maker’s choice!  SO fun!

Well, I simply cannot get enough of the Triangle Turnabout Background from Concord & 9th, and I used yet again!  I started with a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics, and then stamped the panel using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink, Coral Crush Premium Dye Ink and Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink.

I cut a panel of Smooth White Card Stock using the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics, and then stamped “HELLO” and “lovely” from Hello Lovely, also from Concord & 9th, using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink and Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink respectively.  I added two flags cut using the Stitched Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics using Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock and Coral Crush Prestige Card Stock.  I finished off my card with a trio of enamel dots.

Here’s To You! {Stamp, Ink & Paper Challenge #99}

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!

It’s time for a new Stamp, Ink & Paper Challenge, and this week, Challenge #99 is all about packaging!  I am having so much fun guest designing for this team this month!

When I think of packaging, I immediately think of tags!  Tags are SO much fun to create, and I’ve used the new Sketchy Flowers Card Kit, being released tonight at 9PM EST right here in the MFT Boutique!  I started by cutting the tag from Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock using the Stitched Traditional Tag STAX Die-namics, and I cut the little ribbon holder using the Tag Builder Blueprints 5 Die-namics.

I stamped the panel using the Sketchy Flowers stamp set using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink, and then cut out the “YOU” using the You Trio Die-namics.  I then layered strips of card stock from the kit behind the “YOU”, adding in some Silver Sparkle Card Stock. I added a sentiment strip cut from Smooth White Card Stock using the Essential Fishtail Sentiment Strips Die-namics, and stamped “HERE’S TO” from All About You using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. A trio of rhinestones and some baker’s twine finishes off the tag.

Nuts Over Bolts About You! {Stamp Ink & Paper #98}

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!

It’s time for a new Stamp, Ink & Paper Challenge, and this week, for Challenge #98, we created kids birthday cards! I’m so excited to be joining the team for the month of May!

For some reason, when I think of cards for kids, I automatically think of the darling Bionic Bots set from MFT!  I love these robots! I cut this cutie from X-Press It Blending Card using the Bionic Bots Die-namics and then stamped him using Bionic Bots with Black Licorice Hybrid Ink. I colored him with Copic Markers and then made him super shiny by coating him with a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Marker.  I popped him up with Foam Tape onto a panel of Smooth White Card Stock cut with the Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics.

The sentiment, “Nuts Over Bolts About You” from Bionic Bots was stamped onto a panel of Black Licorice Prestige Card Stock using the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-namics using Versamark Ink and heat embossed it with White Detail Embossing Powder. The main panel is a piece of patterned paper from the Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Paper Pack cut with Blueprints 13 Die-namics.  I added a strip of patterned paper cut from the Hearts & Stripes Paper Pack using the Horizontal Stitched Strips Die-namics, and matted the panel using Silver Glitter Card Stock. The trio of hearts were cut from Red Hot Card Stock using the Tag Builder Blueprints 5 Die-namics, and I cut three of each heart, layered them together and then added them to the card.  I then coated them with Glossy Accents and they are super puffy and shiny in real life.  They make me happy.
